Magnesio Forte

Magnesio Forte is a food supplement with a high dosage of magnesium carbonate. Magnesium is a mineral that contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue by restoring electrolyte balance. It also supports normal muscle function and is very suitable for sporting activity because, thanks to its saline component, it counteracts spasms and cramps. Magnesium is also useful in cases of irritability and nervousness, contributing to normal psychological function, as well as a valid ally for those who perceive difficulty in concentrating.

It is recommended to take 1 to 3 capsules per day, as needed, to be swallowed with a little water, preferably on a full stomach. Rational association with Boswellia; Feverfew.
